Recipe from 1-Minute Menus
1) In a crockpot, mix together salsa, lime juice, taco seasoning, and cilantro. Mix well.
2) Cut chicken breasts into small pieces so that it will cook evenly. Lay chicken breasts pieces on top of salsa mixture. Add salt and pepper, and then stir into salsa mixture. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
3) Take out chicken, shred, return to crockpot until ready to serve.
4) Serve with tomato, avocado, cojita and flour tortillas.
