>Sprinkle au jou & ranch mix on top
>Place peppercorns on/around chicken
>Cook low 4-5 hours
>Shred chicken & return to pot
>Add bag of frozen cauliflower
>Cut cream cheese into small squares and add to pot -- stir until melted
>Put lid back on and cook 30 min more.
>Stir & blend well.
**Serve on buns, mashed potatoes or chips (very soupy but good)
