Yummy, fall off the bone pork chops with tasty gravy.
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Wash pork chops and pat dry on a paper towel. Dredge the pork chops in flour mixture. Heat oil in pan and brown pork chops on both sides. Place the pork chops in a crock pot.
In another pan, mix the large can of cream of chicken soup with 8 Oz of water and heat to just before boiling. Pour the soup and water mixture over the pork chops.
Cook on high for 1 hour, then turn crockpot to low setting and cook for another 7 hours.
Serve pork chops with gravy over rice, egg noodles, or mashed potatoes.
