Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5. Line a 20cm (8 inch) square sandwich tin. Melt the butter in a pan, add the sugar and honey and stir until it dissolves. Remove from the heat, stir in the crunchy oat cereal and then press mixture into the prepared tin. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until firm to touch and golden brown. Cool in the tin for 3-4 minutes then using a small knife cut into 12 squares. Allow to cool. Dip the top of each square into the chocolate and place on a wire rack. Repeat until all the squares are covered. Finally add 2 or 3 white chocolate drops to the top and allow the biscuits to set. Notes CHEFS NOTE:Any of the crunchy nut breakfast cereals can be used for this.You may want to checknutcontent for people with allergies. NOTES : A yummy cereal made into saucy chocolate squares with white chocolate drops on top.
