1. Oven 325. Prepare 9 or 10" pie pan with cooking spray.
2. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl.
3. In lg bowl, beat eggs. Add brown sugar to mix, pumpkin and evap milk. Stir to combine. Pour pumpkin mix over a baked graham cracker crust.
4. Bake 325 for 45 - 50 min until center is set. Cool for 90 min. on wire rack . Refrig until chilled or over night.
