Quick to prepare then let stew in pot and viola!
Source: ME!
Brown meat in skillet in oil. Remove when done. Add rest of ingredients (except cornstarch) to pot, scraping up the yummy meat bits left behind -- after mixing well, put the meat back in. Put a lid on it and set stove to medium temp, checking on it now and then to ensure it's all evaporating.
Let simmer/cook for approximately 1 1/2 hours and it's so tender and yummy! You will have a FINE Au Jus sauce. Put meat over rice and smother in sauce..... delicious!!!!
BUT for those that have a hankering for a thicker, gravy like quality, put the cornstarch in a cup, whisk well until no lumps, then pour into pot..... this will thicken up the broth.
Have a BIG bite for me! I love these tips! A couple of veggies on the side and dinner is served!
