A light, refreshing salad great for the summertime!
1. Using whatever salad greens you prefer, create a base for your salad
2. Thinly slice your cucumber until you are happy with the number of slices for your salad and then slice about 3/4 of your orange
3. Add the cucumber slices, orange slices, and desired about of feta cheese to the salad
4. Take the remaining portion of your orange and gently squeeze the juice over your salad
5. Dress with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste
