Suggest a better descriptionCombine cucumbers with salt and toos to mix. Place in collander and weight with a heavy object for about 30 minutes, so cukes drain well. Toss all ingredients, season with pepper to taste and serve immediately. NOTES : Salting the cucmbers will keep them extra crisp. It also prevents the salad from gettin watery.
