Suggest a better descriptionWash and prepare quinoa. (bring 4 cups of water to boil, add quinoa and cover, stirring occasionally until water is absorbed).
Chop vegetables. In a pan, add olive, curry and all spices. Turn on heat. Add vegetables and saute until almost cooked. Open a can a chickpeas and drain water.
Add chickpeas to the pan.
Serve vegetable and chickpea mixture on top of quinoa.
