2. Add ginger, chili and quinoa. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in turmeric, coriander, cinnamon. Cook for 1 minute again stirring constantly. Add water and bring to a boil Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Stir in peas. Cover and cook 4-5 min or til peas are tender and water absorbed. Fluff with a fork before serving.
