Suggest a better descriptionCombine first 11 ingredients in pot.Bring to a boil, lower and simmer lightly for 18 minutes. Do not over boil or chicken will be rubbery. Remove chicken breasts from pot and set aside. Strain the liquid and set aside. In the same pot. Melt butter over low heat and saute onions for 5 minutes. Add Curry and continue sauteing for 2-3 minutes. Add flour to the mixture and stir well. Add back the preserved liquid and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch and a little water if needed. Serve over rice.
