Heat milk, butter & bacon together. Simmer with vinegar for 15 mins. Cook pasta, al dente, and drain without rinsing.
In a large bowl toss together whisked eggs, bacon sauce, pasta and ¼ c. of cheese. Crack pepper generously over the top & sprinkle with remaining ¼ c. of cheese.
