Based on my mom's famous recipe with some updates!
1. Mix all ingredients in a extra large mixing bowl (so there's plenty of room to mix well) using a large fork. Sequence that works best is ground beef, ketchup, eggs and salsa first. Then mix in onions, bread crumbs and oatmeal last.
2. Divide mixture into two glass rectangular meatloaf cooking containers. Write a message using ketchup on top of each. Inspirational messages work best.
3. Cook at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
4. Best served with green been casserole and mashed potatoes.
