Great appetizer
1. Preheat oven to 400 deg. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion and chiles over med heat till brown and crumbly, drain. Add water and taco seasoning, cook for 2min. Stir in corn and beans, cook for 10 min or until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat.
3. Arrange chips over prepared pan; top with 2 cups shredded cheese. Top with meat mixture and remaining 2 cups shredded cheese. Bake for 10 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve with desired toppings
