Simple recipe that can be used with any pre-marinated, frozen chicken. I've used chicken marinated with Italian dressing, a teryaki mixture, as well as non-marinated chicken.
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray. Pour bread crumbs onto pan, spread out evenly. Once oven is preheated, place bread crumbs in oven for approximately 2 minutes (or until they start to brown). Remove from oven and pour into a bowl. Respray sheet pan.
Step 2: Cut pre-marinated chicken breats into three-four long pieces, depending on the size of the chicken breast (6-8 total tenders). Set aside.
Step 3: Whisk eggs, milk, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion power, salt, and pepper into a clean bowl.
Step 4: Dip cut tenders into egg mixture (coating thoroughly), then roll in bread crumbs. Place onto sheet pan. Continue with remaining tenders. Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Cooking the bread crumbs first will really add the extra flavor and texture to make this dish delicious!
