- Preheat oven to 400*
- Spread walnuts onto baking sheet
- Season with salt & pepper
- Toast until lightly golden & fragrant ( 8-10 minutes)
- Let nuts cool to room temperatures. Chop coarsely & set aside
- In small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, & walnut oil until smooth & blended, then season with salt & pepper.
In a large salad bowl, combine the dandelion greens, walnuts, vinaigrette, salt & pepper & toss to mix.
Top with strawberries & goat cheese & serve immediately.
