Suggest a better descriptionFinely chop pecans and almonds in food processor. Transfer to bowl. Halve dates and remove any pit fragments. Add dates, apricots, raisins, and cinnamon to processor and grind until fairly smooth.
Mix with nuts in bowl, adding a little juice or water if mixture is too dry. Stir in grated lemon zest.
Roll fruit mixture between your palms into small balls about 3/4"-1" in diameter. Serve in candy papers.
