Delicious and simple
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Whisk together flour, eggs, milk and nutmeg. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in heavy 12” skillet with heat proof handle. When very hot, pour in batter. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove, sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar, melt in oven. Remove and squeeze lemon juice all over. Cut into wedges.
