Sweet and creamy mixture of pineapple, marshmallows and bananas.
Drain juice from pineapple, and add it to well mixed sugar and flour. Beat eggs and add them, as well as butter, to the juice mix. Cook this mixture over a fairly mild heat until it thickens, stirring constantly to avoid lumping or scorching on bottom of the sauce pan. Cool the mixture and then add it to the diced pineapple and tiny marshmallows (or diced larger ones). This part can be made the day before as it keeps well in a cool place.
Add nuts and bananas and mix well before serving. A few of the nuts may be saved to scatter over the top of the various servings.
Pineapple chunks should be bite sized.
