3 jalepeno peppers - minced
2 sarano peppers - minced
1/2 Vadalia onion - minced
1 can white hominy - rinsed
1 can black eyed peas - rinsed
1 can black beans - rinsed (I usually put these in too but didn''t realize I was out last night so I had to forego them today?)
Cilantro - minced
2-3 avocados - diced (don?t dice and put in until just before serving)
and the {secret} ingredient? Girard''s Champagne dressing (about 1/2 the bottle or to taste)
Also salt & pepper to taste
