My fav cake of all time!
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a rectangle cake pan. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, oil, and pumpkin; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add dry ingredients and beat 1 minute at low speed. Stir in raisins. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
In small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add vanilla and milk and beat 1 minute. Add powdered sugar slowly; blend until smooth. Spread frosting over cooled bars. Cut into bars. Makes 48 small or 24 large bars.
