Diet cabbage soup recipe
Rough chop all vegetables. Rough chop cabbage into 3/4" pieces. Everything should be bite-size and fit on a spoonful. Sauté onions in butter until translucent, add remaining fresh vegetables and sauté for a couple minutes. Add tomatoes, water with bouillon, and remaining ingredients, bring to boil, simmer 20 minutes only. Once complete, use immersion blender for 10-20 seconds just to thicken soup.
