Dill pickle soup
Pulse onion, carrot and celery together to fine chop consistency. Sweat with butter until soft. Add dill pickles, pickle juice, chicken broth and potatoes to pot. Simmer until potatoes are done. Mix sour cream with flour. Incorporate and simmer gently until thickened. Add salt (extra to taste) and stir in dill.
