Wash pint jars. If using quarts double the cayenne, garlic and dill in each jar. Put 1/4 t. Cayenne in each jar, 1 clove garlic and 1 dill head. Layer beans in each jar. Boil water, vinegar and salt. Pour over beans, leaving 1/2 inch head space. Water bath for 10 minutes.
