Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 9x13 glass baking dishes with non-stick spray.
Cook the rice and let cool.
Place egg in the shells in the blender and blend until the shells are like sand.
Place raw beef in a large bowl, add rice and eggs. Puree any cooked vegetable you may want to add.
Form into 4 large loaves and place in oven and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done. Let cook slightly then break up and put into freezer containers.
Honey serving: 2/3 cup, twice a day.
