Mix all ingredients except grape leaves and chicken broth and 1/2 of lemon juice and 1/2 of olive oil.
Roll a spoonful of mixture into each grape leaf and stack in pan.
Put water or chicken broth 2/3 full. Add rest of lemon juice and olive oil.
Cook at 350 for 45 mins covered, 30 mins uncovered. (If getting mushy when you pull foil off, subtract water.
Can serve with Bernaise sauce.
