1. In. Medium bowl, combine the baking mix, cinnamon, sweetener, and salt. Whisk in the egg.
2. Add the milk, butter, and berries and whisk thoroughly. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the mixture into a large mug or 10 - ounce ramekin.
3. Microwave on high power for 2 minutes, or until a wooden cocktail stick inserted in the center comes out clean. If you're using fresh berries, microwave for 1-1/2 minutes.
4. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
