Suggest a better descriptionPlace oil, mushrooms and rosemary in a 2-cup glass measuring cup or a 28-ounce can that has been washed and dried and had the label removed. Set container in a pie plate. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 1 hour or until the mushrooms are golden brown. Remove to a rack to cool for 30 minutes.
Line a small strainer with a coffee filter or several layers of cheesecloth. Strain oil into a clean jar, cover and store in the refrigerator at all times. Use within a month.
