Marinate meat with pounded ingredients for 15 minutes
Heat in pan oil, add cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds, star anise,sliced shallots, onions, and curry leaves.
Fry till fragrant and slightly brown
Add in marinated meat, potatoes and curry paste and stir fry briefly.
Add 2 cups of water, salt to taste. Stir well cover and simmer till meat is tender (approx 35-45 mins.
Add in coconut milk and tomatoes10 mins before removing from heat.
