Pound chicken breasts then dress with salt and pepper and dredge in flour.
Melt butter in frying pan and cook chicken on both sides. Remove chicken and set aside.
Place lemon juice, chicken broth in pan and bring to a simmer. Add capers and place chicken back in pan. Stir chicken in sauce which will cause the sauce to thicken.
Serve wit rice or mashed potatoes.
