Easy and Tastey
In small sauce pan combine first 4 indgredients. Simmer 20 minutes. In a 3 quart casserole dish, combine remaining ingredients. Add cooked veggies. Stir to mix well.
Mix all topping ingredients until well blended. Drop tablespoonfuls of the topping onto the casserole. Bake 40 minutes. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake another 5 minutes.
