This is a quick and easy creamy potato soup that tastes great!
In a medium size pot on the stope, add potatoes, corn, and 1 - 2 cups of water and heat on medium. In another pot place the carrots and onions, cover with water and cook on medium high heat. Drain the carrots and onions when cooked and add to the potatoes. In a small pot on low heat, melt butter and then add the flour and cook the roux, let cool. Add half and half, whisk until thick and completely mixed. Combine everything and low heat 10 - 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
