> Add flour, yeast, salt and water into bowl
> Mix with wooden spoon (no need to knead)
> Once combined, cover with napkin and leave to rise for 1 hour
> Poke holes in mixture (to break skin) and pull away from bowl
> Generally grease oven proof tray
> Place mixture into greased tray and poke holes around top of mixture
> Add herbs (garlic, tyme, italian herbs, etc)
> Preheat wood fired oven to 220 degrees celsius
> Place tray into oven and cook for approx 30 min
