Suggest a better description1. Bring broth to a boil and add soy sause, meat, mushrooms and garlic chili paste. Simmer 5 minutes.
2. Add pepper, white vinegar, bamboo shoots and simmer 5 minutes.
3. Combine 2 T. cornstarch and 2 T cold water in cup. Stir until smoot. Add to soup and stir well. Simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
4. Beat egg yolk and white until combined. Pour egg slowly, fine stream, into stock. Stir several times. Wait 30 seconds and add green onions and sesame oil to soup. Stir well and take off heat.
