Easy Mississippi Pot Roast
Place Chuck roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle both Au Jus and Ranch on top of Chuck Roast. Put butter slices along the side. Add Pepperoncini's around the side as well. Cover the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. When done shred and serve.
