Super duper easy onion rings.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Put chips into a bag and crush until they become crumbs.
3. Slice onion into 1/2 inch thickness.
4. Cut the Mozzarella and cheddar cheese into strips.
5. Arrange cheese strips in onion rings alternating between the two cheeses.
6. Dip in flour then beaten egg.
7. Coat in crushed chips.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
