Super easy pulled pork using pork butt roast. The BBQ tenderizes the meat...no need to add anything else.
Place roast in slow cooker.
Add 2/3 bottle of BBQ sauce.
Cook on high 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Remove roast and shred. Place shredded pork back in slow cooker.
Add remaining BBQ sauce and simmer on high for 30-60 min.
Put meat on warm Kaiser buns and enjoy!
