1. Combine both rolls of sugar cookie dough and spread onto greased pizza pan, leaving about 3 inches to the edge.
2. Bake at recommended temperature for approximately 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
3. When cooled, spread cheesecake filling on top of cookie. Top with sliced strawberries (or your choice of fruit).
4. Melt chocolate and drizzle on top. Serve immediately and chill any leftovers.
