its easy to make. In here this dish is very popular.
at first heat the oil in a medium heat, then put the garlic,onion and chilies. wait until it is golden brown. then put the curry leaves.( if you don't have it, it's okay ). put black pepper. then put the tuna fish pieces. ( you can put any kind of meat, exampl; beaf, chicken etc. ). let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.then put the salt.( the reasin why i put the salt a little bit later is because to maintain the taste of the ingredients we added before ). then put the tomato puree and stir a little bit. the sauce is done .then put the rice and mix it well with the sauce we made while its still on the stove.
its done. serve it with some lemonade or fresh orange juice.
