This is an egg bake that can be prepared the night before in the crockpot and cooks at night and is ready to be served in the morning.
Brown the Jimmy Dean sausage. Put the frozen hash browns in a large crockpot. Layer the sausage, cheddar cheese. Bet the 12 eggs and add the milk to the eggs. Then put in crockpot. Salt and Pepper to taste. Also add onion if preferred. Cook on low in crockpot for 8-10 hours.
