Suggest a better descriptionLine 9x13 glass baking dish with decrusted bread and crumbed bacon. Mix cheese, eggs, and milk and season with salt and pepper. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. You may assemble this the night before, refrigerate it right in the pan and then bake it in the morning.
Variations: substitute crumbled sausage, add mushrooms or chopped onion, peppers, etc.
