Great on a brunch menu for family parties. Kids love it!
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9x13 (glass works well) pan. Layer 1/2 the Bread, Bacon, and Cheese two times. Beat eggs with milk and salts. Pour eggs over all and refridgerate overnight or at least 1 hour. Bake for 45 minutes uncovered and serve.
You can serve this with a great sauce too which is 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1/2 Cup Red Wine, and 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Just mix, heat and serve.
