Yummy take on a holiday favorite.
For the pie crust
Put half the box of Nilla Wafers into food processor with 1 teaspoon each of Pumpkin Pie Spice mix, Ground Mace, and Ground Nutmeg. Pulse until all the cookies are crumbled to a fine powder.
Slowly drizzle the four tablespoons of melted butter into the food processor while pulsing to incorporate the butter into the crust. Reserve 1/4 cup of crumbs and press the rest into a pie pan.
For the filling
Pour eggnog, cream, and milk into a medium mixing bowl. start mixing the ingredients as you slowly add the pudding mix. mix for two minutes and pour over crust. refridgerate after sprinkling the top with remaining crumbles. Serve after pudding sets with a dollop of whipped cream or just plain.
