My favorite eggnog recipe
Beat eggs at HIGH speed while gradually adding sugar until light and frothy, proceed to gradually add the half and half cream next followed by the Spiced Rum. Note: Adding the rum too quickly can cause it all to curdle.
Once complete, chill and ad a sprinkle of nutmeg when served.
