Heat sesame oil and add white part of green onions, red onion, and garlic and sauce for 5 minutes
Add pork, grated ginger, water chestnuts, and i tbsp of sriracha cook until sausage is browned 7-10 minutes
Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, white pepper, salt cook until cabbage is tender about 5 minutes
Wish together 1/4 cup mayo and sriracha
Plate and top with sriracha , green onions, and sesame seeds
