Suggest a better descriptionKeep wrappers frozen until ready. Defrost on the counter for 1 hour. Soak mushrooms for 1 hour and chop small. Soak noodles for 1 hour and chop small. Cut wraps in 1-2 diagonally, and keep a moist towel over the package and work with a few cut wraps at a time. Mix all ingredients together. Put 3 tablespoons of filling into a wrap, fold in the corners and roll. Dip the end in egg whites to seal. Fry in hot oil on medium for 5 minutes.
