Shakshuka sauce (5 portions)
• In a thick bottom pan heat and oil put garlic, sauté all the fresh vegetables, cook it 5 minutes, add tomato paste, dry lemon (crush) and cook it 20 minutes.
• Once its cook adds, all the spice powders and seasoning as per your taste.
• Now take one portion of sauce make it hot, once it hot adds 2 egg white and mix it properly till the egg white it gets cook.
• Transfer to a bowl and add egg yolk on top of the sauce, bake in oven 200*C till the yolk get slightly cook.
• Remove from the oven and add olive oil, garnish with chop parsley.
