Ham, eggs, sourdough and Hollandaise sauce.
Butter 2 1/2 Qt baking dish.
Toast English muffin cubes
Layer: 1/2 ham, English muffins, remaining 1/2 ham.
Whisk eggs, milk, onion powder, salt, pepper, thyme and paprika.
Pour egg mix over casserole.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake covered at 375 for 45 minutes.
Remove foil, bake 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set.
Let cool. Make Hollandaise sauce.
Serve over hot casserole.
