Marinated flank steak
Marinate steak overnight with:
Adobo, salt, pepper, garlic, 1 onion sliced, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp olive oil.
-- In frying pan add 2 tbsp olive oil.
-- Heat up and brown steak on both sides.
-- add onions and garlic from bowl, add 1 tbsp vinegar and 1/4 cup water. Stir and bring to boil. Heat and cover. Simmer till steak is done.
-- Check to make sure it doesn't dry up. Keep adding water if needed.
-- Half hour before done, add the other sliced onion.
