Suggest a better description1. Heat oil. Add meat and brown (5 min.) over med-high heat.
2. Add onion, garlic, chili powder, baby bam, salt, cumin, and pepper. Cook until soft (4 min.)
3. Put whole tomoatoes in bowl and squeeze with hands or with masher to break up. Add to pot along with tomato paste, sugar and water or broth.
4. Lower heat to med-low and simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Drain beans and ut in in last 15 min. of cooking.
